Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EspriaFox. By using the service you agree to them, so please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use EspriaFox.

The service

EspriaFox is a free online wedding planner that provides a checklist, budget tracker, guest list, seating planner, countdown and related tools, operated by EspriaFox. We offer the service free of charge and may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You can start planning without an account, in which case your plan is tied to your browser and may be deleted after a period of inactivity (see our Privacy Policy). You can also register with an email and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use EspriaFox.

Acceptable use

You agree to use EspriaFox only for planning a wedding or event and not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone else's rights;
• upload content that is unlawful, harmful or offensive;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data; or
• use the service to send spam or to harvest other people's information.

Your content

The information you add stays yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your planning data and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Guest details you add

When you add guests or share your RSVP link, you are entering other people's personal data. You are responsible for making sure you may do so and for handling their details responsibly. Only add the information you genuinely need for your wedding.

Availability

We work to keep EspriaFox available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error free or available. We may suspend, change or discontinue the service, and we recommend you keep your own copy of anything important.

Third-party content

The site may include links to third-party websites and images licensed from third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EspriaFox is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Because EspriaFox is provided free of charge, you use it at your own discretion and risk.

Ending your use

You can stop using EspriaFox at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms or misuses the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use EspriaFox after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
